Children 18:3 announced recently on their Twitter that record number three is in the works as of this winter.  The band goes into the studio this December to record.  I am beyond excited for this.

New to Tooth & Nail, Blessed By A Broken Heart is releasing a song for free from their upcoming debut, Feel The Power.  The song is called “Deathwish,” and it sounds like a mix of hardcore music and classic rock (?).  You’re going to have to see for yourself.

Speaking of free music, Wavorly is also giving away a free track.  It’s from their new EP (set to release 11-11-11), and you can download it here.  Just click on the triangles when you arrive on the page, and your download will begin immediately.

As with every year, August Burns Red is releasing yet another Christmas single for the holiday season.  They have made a very limited number of vinyl copies of their new Christmas track, “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen,” available for purchase, which you can buy here.  The song will be out on November 15th, so keep a look out for it!  Love the artwork!

Run Kid Run- “Daylight”

Does the name Run Kid Run sound familiar to anyone?  Their new album, Patterns, is finally being released on the 15th of November.  I’d say it’s about time, yeah?

Icon For Hire- “Make A Move”

New album out next Tuesday on Tooth & Nail.  I saw them play at Creation Northeast, and it was definitely one of the festival’s highlights.  If you get a chance, see them live!

A week from this Tuesday, the next Tooth & Nail debut drops.  It is from a band called Sainthood Reps, and you can get a quick preview of their sound by watching this video.  If you like what you hear and want more, the full track “Monoculture” can be heard here.

In return for “liking” Write This Down on Facebook, they’re giving away a free song of theirs.  It’s an acoustic version of “Alarm The Alarm” from their debut (which, by the way, is most definitely worth checking out).  It sounds pretty awesome, to be honest.  I love how a band like Write This Down can be heavy most of the time and still put out an amazing acoustic song like this.  Sick.

As they do every year, Tooth & Nail and Solid State Records have released their summer samplers for you to download at absolutely no cost… unless you consider “liking” their Facebook a cost, which is all that’s required.  There’s a ton of songs on each sampler, but don’t go by the bands listed on the page… they’re not all actually on the samplers.  And, if you’re like me, you’ll already own a good majority of the songs on each sampler.  But they’re worth downloading no matter how many of the songs you actually own, believe me.
